MANTL has improved how QualiFile results are displayed in MANTL to streamline banker workflows and reduce reliance on external tools.
What’s changing?
- QualiFile Reports: MANTL now presents QualiFile results in a structured HTML report, making it easier to interpret bank history data directly within the platform.
This will ensure:
- Increased Efficiency: Bankers and Credit Union staff no longer need to switch to Effectiv to review QualiFile data, reducing workflow disruptions.
- Improved Readability: Reports are formatted for clarity, replacing the raw API responses that were difficult to interpret.
- Provider-Agnostic Approach: The solution ensures flexibility and usability across different financial institutions.
This will be released to UAT 3/12, Production 3/13. This is only applicable to financial institutions that use QualiFile in their Effectiv KYC flows (This was released to Alloy clients in February)
