Upcoming Deployment and Holiday Schedule:
MANTL will not have any major Production deployments from December 19, 2025 - January 5th, 2026. MANTL will deploy necessary fixes to the Production environment to ensure platform stability. MANTL will also continue to deploy to UAT on our typical cadence when the MANTL office is open.
The MANTL office will be closed December 24th, December 25th and January 1st. Support for any Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents will remain unaffected. However, during this time, there will be adjusted non-urgent support hours to ensure you have continued access to assistance when needed. Please see the holiday closure article for a complete list of support hours.

The Digital Branch Manager (DBM) Change Log is an activity log designed to ensure the integrity and auditability of your MANTL system. This feature provides complete transparency into all published configuration changes, including updates to products, rates, and core settings. By detailing who made a change, what was modified, and when it occurred—the DBM Change Log empowers your team to verify updates quickly, troubleshoot unexpected behavior, and maintain a precise record for compliance. Access to the DBM Change Log requires a new permission, Ability to view the Changelog in the DBM. Learn more here. MANTL updated the Attestations page in the Digital Branch Manager to improve navigation and functionality. The Attestations table now includes columns for the number of products and whether the attestation is a checkbox on the self-serve Review and Sign page. MANTL Console users can now assign attestations to products. This was released to UAT on December 22nd and will be released to Production on January 6th. |
| Digital Branch Manager Products UI Update |
MANTL updated the Products page in the Digital Branch Manager to improve navigation and configuration changes. The legacy side-navigation list will be replaced with a consolidated table showing all products in a single view, along with key details like status, type, and visibility. This update provides a cleaner, more efficient way to review and manage product offerings. This was released on December 15th and will be released to Production on January 6th. |
| Debit Card Print Fulfillment |
Debit Card Fulfillment allows financial institutions to offer mailed or printed debit card options during account opening by sending the core the correct values for each method. When a Console user selects print, MANTL passes the information to the core, and the Console user can then enter the core-provided account details into their debit card printing vendor to complete the in-branch issuance process.
