    Upcoming Deployment and Holiday Schedule: 

    MANTL will not have any major Production deployments from December 19, 2025 - January 5th, 2026. MANTL will deploy necessary fixes to the Production environment to ensure platform stability. MANTL will also continue to deploy to UAT on our typical cadence when the MANTL office is open.

    The MANTL office will be closed December 24th, December 25th and January 1st.  Support for any Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents will remain unaffected. However, during this time, there will be adjusted non-urgent support hours to ensure you have continued access to assistance when needed. Please see the holiday closure article for a complete list of support hours.

    Digital Branch Manager Products UI Update

    MANTL will be updating the Products page in the Digital Branch Manager to improve navigation and configuration changes. The legacy side-navigation list will be replaced with a consolidated table showing all products in a single view, along with key details like status, type, and visibility. This update provides a cleaner, more efficient way to review and manage product offerings. 

    This was released on December 15th and will be released to Production on January 6th.

    PART-639 Driver's license information, if collected in the MANTL Console, from the Person Profile now prefills onto the Funding sheet when processing manual ACH funding, eliminating duplicate data entry.
    Debit Card Print Fulfillment

    Debit Card Fulfillment allows financial institutions to offer mailed or printed debit card options during account opening by sending the core the correct values for each method. When a Console user selects print, MANTL passes the information to the core, and the Console user can then enter the core-provided account details into their debit card printing vendor to complete the in-branch issuance process.

    Introducing a "User Report" to the User Management Reports section. This report supports better management of MANTL Console users.

    This report will contain the following columns:

    • user_id — Unique identifier for the user
    • user_name — User’s display or account name
    • user_email — Email address associated with the user
    • user_status — Current status of the user (e.g., active, disabled)
    • user_created_at — Timestamp when the user record was created
    • user_updated_at — Timestamp when the user record was last updated
    • user_activated_at — Timestamp when the user was activated
    • user_last_login_at — Timestamp of the user’s most recent login
    • user_clients_last_updated_at — Last time the user’s client associations were updated
    • user_permissions_last_updated_at — Last time the user’s permissions were updated
    • user_roles_last_updated_at — Last time the user’s roles were updated
    • current_user_clients — Current set of clients associated with the user
    • current_user_roles — Current set of roles associated with the user
    • current_user_permissions — Current set of permissions associated with the user

    This was released to UAT on December 4th and will be released to Production on December 18th.
