    When negotiable rates and rate tiers are configured, the tooltip will now display more interest rate information based on the funding amount and negotiated rates. The tooltip now includes the premium and the dynamically calculated APY per tier. Additionally, the tooltip and accompanying icon were also moved to the Interest Rate column.

    MANTL has improved the way QualiFile and TransUnion data source results are displayed in MANTL to streamline banker workflows and reduce reliance on external tools.

    What’s Changing?

    • QualiFile Reports: MANTL now presents QualiFile results in a structured HTML report, making it easier to interpret bank history data directly within the platform.
    • TransUnion Reports: Instead of raw data, TransUnion results are now displayed as a PDF report, offering a more digestible and user-friendly summary of an individual’s credit history.

    This will ensure:

    • Increased Efficiency: Bankers and Credit Union staff no longer need to switch to Alloy to review QualiFile and TransUnion data, reducing workflow disruptions.
    • Improved Readability: Reports are formatted for clarity, replacing the raw API responses that were difficult to interpret.
    • Provider-Agnostic Approach: The solution ensures flexibility and usability across different financial institutions.

    This will be released to UAT 2/19, Production 2/20. This is only applicable to financial institutions that use TransUnion and QualiFile in their KYC flows.

    Improved Application Creation Experience with Expanded Customer Lookup

    MANTL is transitioning all clients to the Expanded Customer Lookup application creation experience. Today, Expanded Customer and Organization Lookup can be toggled on or off in the Digital Branch Manager. After this change, the toggle will be removed, and Expanded Customer and Organization Lookup will be enabled for all clients. For clients already leveraging Expanded Customer and Organization Lookup, there will be no change. 

    Expanded Customer and Organization Lookup improves the application creation experience for existing customers and organization and Console users. Customer Lookup enables locating existing customers and organizations using either Tax ID or Core ID and enables supporting existing customers who do not have Tax IDs (e.g. non residents). Additionally, Customer Lookup surfaces duplicate customer records found in the core, allowing the Console user to select the appropriate record and seamlessly move forward with the application.     • 2/26* All clients will have Customer and Organization Lookup in UAT, and the toggle will no longer be available. *Updated from 2/19 for additional testing
    • 3/5 All clients will have Customer and Organization Lookup in Production, and the toggle will no longer be available in the Digital Branch Manager

    Note: Customer and Organization Lookup is only available to In-Branch and Digital Support clients.

    We are adding a new field to simplified reports that determines if the applicant created a new credit union membership in the act of opening their application. The value will be populated for all booked accounts. It will be located to the right of the Is Application With Existing Customer field in the following reports

    • Simplified Acquisitions Report
    • Simplified Decisioning Report
    • Simplified Consumer Applications Report
    • Simplified Business Applications Report

    This will be released to UAT 2/27/25 and to Production 3/13/25
