    This release shows all Retirement Plan fields collected for beneficiaries. This allows FI’s to access beneficiary information within MANTL. Some cores do not support Beneficiary Data mapping via the core and this allows quick access to the captured information.

    This release adds the ability to intentionally skip funding on a product within an application that has "skip funding" enabled. Alongside the checkbox UX during the setup, the Bulk Funding Sheet now indicates both in the method column and the tool tip that funding is to be skipped when booking.
    Updated Funding Sheet

    Updated Funding Sheet: MANTL is updating the formatting and layout of Funding Sheet in the Console to improve usability when funding multiple accounts. Key updates include:

    • Editing funding method is done by selecting the 3 dots next to the funding method
    • Editing / creating funding method now opens a new screen
    • Added account holder name to each funding method

    This change only impacts applications with multiple products.

    This was released to UAT on 8/6/25 and Production 8/14/25

    Reminder: Permission Update

    MANTL is making an update to manual review permissions that will impact the current behavior for document uploads.

    Current Experience:

    • Self Serve/Online: When any document is uploaded by the self serve user it requires manual review by someone with the “Ability to approve or reject documents” permission.
    • Console/In-Branch: When any document is uploaded by a console user it is automatically approved and requires no additional review

    What’s Changing:

    • Self Serve: Nothing is changing, current experience will remain the same
    • Console: When a document is uploaded by a console user without the “Ability to approve or reject documents” permission, documents will require a manual approval by someone with that permission.  When a document is uploaded by a console user with the “Ability to approve or reject documents” permission, documents will continue to be automatically approved.

    Action required: Please review your team’s permissions and make any updates necessary prior to 8/19. Learn more about accessing User Permissions Reports here.

    Note: This applies to all Loan and Deposit clients. 

    This change was released to UAT on 7/23, and will be released to production 8/19.
    Reminder: Bulk Account Opening Update

    Bulk Account Opening for Banks will be released to Production on August 19th, 2025

    To allow for additional testing and more time for Sendgrid updates MANTL has made the decision to extend the release date of Bulk Account Opening to August 19th, 2025. 

    Clients are encouraged to continue testing and team training of Bulk Account Opening in preparation for the upcoming release.

    Banks may self-release Bulk Account Opening prior to August 19th by toggling it on in the DBM. Navigate to Digital Branch Manager > Client Setup > Settings > Application Details > “Bulk Applications Enabled”

    This is currently available to Bank clients only, and will be available to Credit Union clients in the coming months.

    Note: The Sendgrid update deadline has been extended to August 19th, 2025

    Action Required: Sendgrid Updates for both Online and In Branch Bank Clients.

    To accommodate upcoming feature enhancements Sendgrid emails that reference product names need to be updated to accommodate multiple product names in email notifications.

    MANTL has populated your Sendgrid account with updated templates that will be used for all applications. Please review, test, and edit these templates.

    This does not impact emails that do not reference product-specific dynamic tags.

    Update to add ACH File Name to the Simplified Funding Report

    We've enhanced the Simplified Funding Report to include ACH file names, enabling financial institution back-office teams to easily reconcile individual funding transactions with their corresponding ACH files. Previously, users couldn't trace which specific transactions were included in each daily ACH file they received from MANTL. Now, the ach_file_name column is available across all reporting access modes (Console Reports, Data Export, DirectSQL, and Custom Analytics), allowing for seamless reconciliation between funding reports and ACH files and improving operational efficiency for back-office reconciliation workflows.

    This will be deployed to UAT on August 7th and into Production on August 28th.
    DENG-4070 Enhance User Input Method column in Simplified Funding Report

    We've enhanced the Simplified Funding Report's "User Input Method" field to distinguish between different types of internal transfers based on funding source. Previously, all internal transfers were grouped together, making it difficult for customers and internal teams to understand whether transfers were funded by the customer or the financial institution. The report now clearly labels transactions as "Customer-Funded Internal Transfer" (when funded from a customer account) or "FI-Funded Internal Transfer" (when funded by the institution), providing better visibility into transfer types and improving reporting clarity for both operational teams and customer-facing analytics.

    This will be deployed to UAT on August 7th and into Production on August 28th.
    DENG-4928 Show 'client_id' in Role/Permissions Changes Report

    We've added the client_id field to the Console version of the User Permissions report to achieve parity with the Data Export version. This enhancement addresses compliance requirements for financial institutions with multiple charters who need to demonstrate that their employees only have access to appropriate client data within their designated charter. The client_id column now appears in all User Management Reports, providing clear visibility into which clients each user can access and enabling institutions to easily generate audit trails and compliance documentation for regulatory purposes.

    Update to add Role/Permission Changes Report to Data Export

    We've added the Role/Permission Changes report to the Data Export functionality to provide programmatic access for financial institutions. Previously, this report was only available through the Console interface, limiting banks' ability to automate user management auditing and compliance processes. The report is now accessible via Data Export service accounts, enabling institutions to integrate role and permission change tracking into their automated reporting workflows and compliance systems without manual data extraction from the Console.
