    Bulk Account Opening Update

    Production Release Extension for Bulk Account Opening for Banks
    To allow for additional testing and more time for Sendgrid updates MANTL has made the decision to extend the release date of Bulk Account Opening. MANTL will communicate the new release date in the coming days.

    Clients are encouraged to continue testing and team training of Bulk Account Opening in preparation for the upcoming release.

    Banks may self-release Bulk Account Opening prior to the new extension date by toggling it on in the DBM. Navigate to Digital Branch Manager > Client Setup > Settings > Application Details > “Bulk Applications Enabled”

    This is currently available to Bank clients only, and will be available to Credit Union clients in the coming months.

    Note: The Sendgrid update deadline has been extended. The new deadline will be communicated in the coming days, however, please move forward with making these updates as soon as possible.

    Action Required: Sendgrid Updates for both Online and In Branch Bank Clients.

    To accommodate upcoming feature enhancements Sendgrid emails that reference product names need to be updated to accommodate multiple product names in email notifications.

    MANTL has populated your Sendgrid account with updated templates that will be used for all applications. Please review, test, and edit these templates.

    Note: if customizations were made to your original templates and are not updated, these customizations will not be carried forward.

    This does not impact emails that do not reference product-specific dynamic tags.

    This does not apply to Credit Union clients at this time

    DENG-5102

    A new column, Account Variant, will be added to the right of the Account Type column in the Simplified Consumer and Business Applications Report. This will show the raw account variant type of the label or the account variant designated selected by the client.

    This was released to UAT on June 26th and PROD on July 10th.
    DENG-5286

    To provide data related to the collateral submitted as part of a loan application, we are adding a collateral table to the raw_views dataset in Direct SQL. The ID of this table in BigQuery will be raw_views.collateral. It will provide the following columns: 

    • client_id
    • "Unique identifier for the client"
    • STRING id
    • "Unique identifier for the collateral"
    • STRING type
    • "Type of collateral (e.g. 'home', 'auto', 'motorcycle', etc.)"
    • STRING external_core_id
    • "Unique identifier for the collateral in the external core system"
    • STRING fields
    • "JSON object containing various fields related to the collateral such as home address, vehicle make/model, etc."
    • JSON created_at
    • "Timestamp when the collateral was created"
    • TIMESTAMP updated_at
    • "Timestamp when the collateral was last updated"
    • TIMESTAMP

    This will be released to UAT and Production July 10th.
