Upcoming office closures and deployments:

May 26: Due to the Memorial Day holiday, MANTL will not deploy to UAT environments on 5/26. Support for any Severity 1 and 2 incidents will remain unaffected. Responses to general inquiries and service requests will be delayed until 5/27, when our office reopens.

June 2-5: MANTL employees will be attending an offsite meeting June 2-5. During this time there will be no UAT or Production deployments. Support for any Severity 1 and 2 incidents will remain unaffected. There will be adjusted non-urgent support hours to ensure you have continued access to assistance.

Upcoming: Enhanced Joint Owner Approval Process	Upcoming: Enhanced Joint Owner Approval Process To support upcoming feature enhancements and improve compliance, MANTL will be implementing a change to how account owners sign off on new joint owners in the Console. Today, existing account holders do not need to provide written consent to new account holders being added to the account. After this change, existing account holders will be required to sign when a new owner is added to an account in the Console. An email requesting a signature will be sent to the existing account holder and need to be completed prior to the new account holder being added to the account. This change only pertains to the Console experience, the self-serve experience will not change. Learn more about this change and watch a demo here. Note: The anticipated UAT release was 5/14, however, this date has been extended to 5/28 to allow for additional testing
Upcoming: Multiple Joint Owners	Upcoming: Multiple Joint Owners Better serve the needs of your customers, particularly families, by supporting multiple owners on an account. Multiple Joint Owners supports the ability to add additional owners to consumer accounts post-booking through self-serve and the MANTL Console based on the configuration of your institution. Learn how to configure Multiple Joint Owners here. Note: Core testing by your institution should be done prior to enabling in Production and Sendgrid updates are recommended. Reminder DENG-3626	Update to add a column containing the notes recorded on a manual funding transaction. The new column will be added to the Simplified Funding Report, Simplified Business Applications Report, and Simplified Consumer Applications Report. Simplified Funding Report Manual Funding Note. Data type: String. Position: Between the current Driver License (State) and Application ID columns. Simplified Business Applications Report Manual Funding Notes. Data type: String. Reminder DENG-3690	The Role Changes Report has been modified to include changes to users' roles. Following the change, the additions and removals of users from a role will be captured in the report with the "Event Name" UserRolesUpdated. To provide data for these events, the following four columns will be added to the end of the report: Modified User ID Modified User Name Roles Added Roles Removed This will be released to UAT 5/8 and Production on 5/22
