MANTL provides multiple channels for product communications, support, and education to ensure our clients stay informed and up to date. This article outlines key resources, including the Change Log for real-time product updates, monthly and quarterly product announcements for feature highlights and upcoming changes, and various support options through the MANTL Support Center and Knowledge Base. Product communications
Change Log
MANTL publishes product updates to the Change Log in the MANTL Knowledge Base when updates are deployed to UAT and Production. These product changes can include new workflow, impact to existing workflows, or require education.
When new Change Log entries are posted, an email is sent to anyone who follows the section. To receive emails, click the “Follow” button at the top right of the page. You must be logged in to follow the page. If you do not have an account, follow the prompts to sign up.
Monthly Product Announcements
MANTL sends product announcements via email on the last Thursday of each month, which include highlights of new features, functionality, upcoming changes, and other announcements.

Quarterly Product Announcements
MANTL produces a quarterly product announcement deck that highlights the most impactful product updates and gives insight into upcoming priorities.
To view the quarterly product announcements, contact your MANTL project team member.
Product Support & Education
Support Center
MANTL Support Center is where to go for personalized product questions, requests, and concerns. Submit a request through the Support Center, and it will be routed to the appropriate team member.
To access the MANTL Support Center, you must have an account. If you need to be added to our ticketing system, contact your financial institution’s MANTL admin and ask them to submit a support ticket on your behalf.
Knowledge Base
The MANTL Knowledge Base contains product guides, how-to articles, and feature overviews.
To access the Knowledge Base, use the same login credentials as the Change Log. If you do not have a login, you can either create an account following the “sign up” prompts or submit a support ticket to receive our generic credentials for your team.
Trust Center
The MANTL Trust Center is a secure platform that automates the security review process. The MANTL Trust Center provides easy access to security documentation, including SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, Pentest results, and much more.
