The MANTL Trust Center, our security hub, contains critical documents, including SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports, Pentest Reports, and more.
Note: MANTL grants access to the site for 10 days. After that, you will need to request access again.
Access a Report
Follow these instructions to access the Trust Center and download documentation:
- Request Access to the MANTL Trust Center
- If this is your first time accessing the Trust Center, you will need to register for an account.
- Access will be granted within 48 hours of your request
- Once access is granted, download the necessary reports. There are two ways you can do this:
- You can search and download individual documents
- You can download documents in bulk
- Note: the first time you access and download a report, MANTL will prompt you to sign an NDA
- You can search and download individual documents
If you need to access the Trust Center within 10 days of your request, follow these steps:
- Click the Get Access button from the Trust Center
- Type in the email address you used to create your account
- The Security Portal will send an email to your account
- Click the link in the email to access the Trust Center
Subscribe to the Site
Subscribing to the site will send email notifications about any updates to the documentation on the Trust Center.
Ways to Subscribe:
- Check the box on the registration page to subscribe to notifications upon signup
- Use the Subscribe option at the top of the Trust Center site by entering your email address
- An email will be sent where you must confirm your subscription

Is Alkami documentation in the Trust Center?
As of March 2025, MANTL has added some documentation for Alkami to the Trust Center. The following documents can be found in the Alkami Due Diligence Information for MANTL clients - prospects ZIP file.

How frequently is the documentation updated?
Documentation is reviewed on an annual basis (or sooner) and updated accordingly. MANTL will maintain this documentation and upload any new documents to the site. If you subscribe to the site, you will receive an email when new documents are uploaded.
What if we can’t find a report that is required for my organization?
You can submit a ticket through MANTL’s support center, and MANTL will follow up with you accordingly. Or, you may request support relative to the Trust Center site by clicking on the button at the bottom of the Trust Center site labeled “Contact Support”.
Do you have documentation for any of the integrations, e.g., Telecheck, that MANTL uses?
MANTL integrates with third-party vendors. If you need security documents on one of our vendors, such as Sendgrid or Plaid, you will need to submit a request to that organization.
Can I register using a distribution list to get updates or create an account?
Access requests must be made by an individual. However, you can use a distribution list to subscribe to the site.
