The Resolve Booking Errors sheet has been updated to ask for the account number within the failed create account step, previously this field was at the bottom of the sheet. When manually resolving account booked pending apps through this sheet the user should still enter the account number prior to marking the app as booked. If the create account step was successful the user will no longer need to provide the account number prior to marking the app as booked, but should still ensure all failed steps were completed manually in the core before marking the app as booked. |
