Applicant Role Improve business account opening efficiency and flexibility with the new Applicant role. The Applicant role on an application enables business employees to apply for new business accounts without being the Control Prong or Officer. The Applicant is a new required item in the Console Application Checklist and will auto-populate as the Control Prong unless otherwise indicated. Learn more about the Account Applicant role here.
