| We are updating the way we calculate the is_existing_customer value. Previously this value would be set to TRUE if the business, or any of the related persons were already existing customers (i.e. if any of them had an external core id at the time of applying). This was not the most accurate way to measure the acquisition of new business entity customers, and was leading to false positives. With the change, the is_existing_customer value will only take the applying organization into account. |
