Introducing the new MANTL Report suite (UAT ONLY)
Note: This feature is in active development and will continue to evolve as we test it and receive customer feedback from the UAT environment. We want to hear your feedback! This feature is not currently available in production environments. Stay tuned for future announcements as we test and develop the new MANTL Report suite.
MANTL Console users in a UAT environment can now run an updated and improved set of reports from the Analytics & Reports module. The new reports focus on getting you the data you need by simplifying and streamlining the available fields and making each report self-contained. This removes the need to merge multiple reports in order to get the information you want on your financial institution’s applications, accounts, and operations.
Most importantly, by updating and refocusing the reporting suite, the data quality is cleaner and more reliable, providing a faster and more accurate analysis of your financial institution’s accounts and processes.
By default, you will be able to access the new reports in the same location within the Analytics & Reports module. The previous versions of the reports can also be accessed from this module; however, they are now in a separate Legacy Reports section. The reports are organized into three sections:
- Topics: KYC Evaluations, Funding Transactions, Product Services, Acquisition, Behavior, Email, Documents, Attestations, and Agreements reports.
- Consumer Applications: Before, you had several different reports to run for consumer applications. Now, you can run the single Consumer Applications report for your consumer application data.
- Business Applications: Like the Consumer Applications reports, you had several different reports to run to get business application data. Now, you can run the single Business Applications report to get the data you need.
To help you find the right data, you can use the updated filters for Date and Application Status to narrow your reports based on your desired criteria, in addition to selecting whether to include PII (for users with this permission).
Reports can be downloaded by selecting the three dots menu from each report table, and then selecting Download data to export the report. To download all results for the time period, click Advanced data options from the menu and select All results before downloading.
Important: The reports available in UAT are for testing purposes only. Do not adjust your data pipelines until the new reports are available in the live production environment, as this could lead to incorrect data or data loss.
We want your feedback! Please submit a Zendesk ticket with your thoughts and experiences by January 20, 2023, so we have time to incorporate feedback for the formal production release.
