Enhancements
Console: Application Redesign
In this release, the MANTL Admin Console receives a major facelift as the first step of a UX overhaul that aims to centralize and highlight application and customer information, reduce clicks, and provide more intuitive pathways for end-users through the Customers Module. For the full overview of this release, see this article.
Consumer Account Applications: Stepped-Flow
When a customer receives an application handoff for a Consumer account application, this now follows a stepped-flow format which is an update to the single-page view.
Each section of the application is clicked through in the following order: Basic Information, Address, Identity, and Review & Sign. Application completion is also represented with a new progress bar.
Accounts Tab: Additional Columns
Both Customer Name and Account Status have been added as new columns to the table found on the Accounts tab of the Customers Module. This gives end-users more information upfront to be able to easily identify accounts they manage and those that may need their attention.
In addition, Customer Name has been added as a search parameter to the Accounts tab. Note that this is currently supported as an exact name search. Our team is working to further improve this functionality to allow partial search terms, such as searching on a portion of a name.
Upload a Document to an Application in any Status
Previously, Console end users were only able to upload documents at the customer level when an application reached a status of Approved or Booked. In this update, documents can be uploaded to the application itself clearing any related required actions.
Customers Missing an Email Address
This enhancement allows for better handling in the event that a new application is started through MANTL for an existing customer missing an email address in the Core. The customer is imported as is, and the bank end-user is given the option to enter an email address for the application Handoff.
