Bug Fixes
Unique Iovation tokens
This fix addresses an issue where MANTL was persisting Iovation tokens globally. With this update, each application submitted through the self-serve experience will have a unique token attributed.

Filter enhancements to the self-serve Product Selection page
This release adds new filter options on the Product Selection page of the self-serve experience for improved hierarchy and usability. The page now displays two filter buttons for Account type and Product type, replacing the single filter button that previously housed both menus.
Improved support for product services
Currently, product services (or Indications of Interest) are chosen from a predefined list. To provide more flexibility for financial institutions, we’ve added support for customer-defined options. The custom service can be paired with one of six icon options provided by MANTL and is set up for manual fulfillment.
This release also adds support for two new standard Product Services - Treasury Management and Loans.
In addition, support has been added for automated checkbook orders through Deluxe on consumer deposit accounts.
Support for additional PII authentication in the self-serve experience
This update adds an additional layer of authentication for applicants utilizing a Handoff to complete and submit their applications. If enabled by the financial institution, MANTL will dynamically determine which additional information to prompt the application for, based on what is already known. If available, MANTL will request the applicant’s SSN. If not, MANTL will request the applicant’s date of birth. The applicant will have three authentication attempts before their magic link is invalidated and they are presented with an ‘Account Locked’ screen.
Support for a custom copy on Basic Information and Review & Sign pages
This release adds the ability to add custom copy to the Basic Information and Review & Sign pages of the self-serve experience. An additional text box can be placed on the pages and used by financial institutions to communicate application-related messaging. To configure this, email support@mantl.com.
Support for Credit Union account opening without a dedicated primary share product
With this release, MANTL adds the flexibility to support credit union account opening when the financial institution does not require a specific product as the primary share. Credit unions can now use the product being applied for as the dynamic primary share.
