Bug Fixes
Incorrect business name placement
From the Business self-serve experience, the verbiage on the Manual Review page showed a business name in place of the financial institution’s name. This release introduces a fix for this and now the financial institution name is displayed in the Manual Review copy as expected.

Incorrect one-time passcode (OTP) lockout
Previously, some users were locked out from logging into the MANTL self-serve experience after failing the one-time passcode authentication. This release introduces a fix for this issue and users now have three login attempts as intended.
Unclearable checklist items
Some users saw issues with submitting applications due to completed Checklist items not being cleared. This release introduces a fix to address this issue and now Checklist items are clearing as expected, allowing for MANTL Console applications to be completed.
Enhancements
US Patriot Act relocation
The US Patriot Act verbiage has been relocated to the Review & Sign step in the self-serve experience, beneath the “Agree & Submit Application” button. This ensures that all users will see the verbiage, including those completing a handoff.

Added applicant names to funding fraud evaluations
Previously, applications that included funding did not have the applicant name associated when sent to Alloy, which resulted in Alloy records having no name. This process made comparing the Alloy evaluation, to the MANTL application very difficult. This release introduces passing an applicant’s name to Alloy for funding evaluations and compares Alloy to MANTL more efficiently.
Product Service Description markdown support
This release introduces the ability to edit Product Service descriptions using markdown expressions. To update a Product Service description, request assistance from your implementations team or email support@mantl.com.
