Incorrect name case
In the MANTL Console, some customer names were inconsistently displayed in either all upper case or all lower case. A fix has been released to maintain accurate mixed-case names throughout the Console.
Credit Union - Prevent applicants from creating additional primary shares
Previously, if a member was not logged into their existing MANTL account, the member could apply for, and open, a second Primary Share. With this release, if an applicant already has a Primary Share the applicant cannot apply for another, regardless of if they are logged in or not.

Agreement preview
This release introduces the ability to preview an agreement on the Review & Sign step of the MANTL Self-Service workflow. The preview displays in line with the Legal Agreements section of the Review & Sign page in an iFrame box. This supports MANTL-hosted PDFs and HTML files, and is limited to displaying one agreement.
“Failed to Book” handling
A number of updates are included in this release for handling applications that fail to book to a financial institution’s core. These updates include:

Updated “Failed to Book” status: Previously, if an application did not successfully book to a financial institution’s core, MANTL tagged the application with the “Failed to Book” status. This release updates the status to “Booking Pending” and can be seen on the Application View page or within the Filters panel of the MANTL Admin Console.

Updated Checklist call to action and badge: Applications with the “Booking Pending” status no longer show the View Booking Errors badge or the View Booking Summary call to action button previously displayed next to the Resolve Booking Errors button on the Application Checklist.

Update the Resolve Booking Errors sheet: The Resolve Booking Errors sheet has been updated with verbiage that better reflects the Booking Pending experience and now reads, “This account failed to fully book in the core...”

Updated Application checklist: When an application is in the “Booking Pending” status, the Application Checklist now displays a “This application has booking errors!” message.

Updated reporting filter options: For all application reports, the Application Status dropdown has been updated to exclude the “Booking Failed” option. The status of “Booking Pending” now captures all applications marked as “Booking Pending” in Console.
