Enhancements
With this update, MANTL allows for entering a person’s suffix when collecting their name information. This allows MANTL to send the applicant’s suffix to Alloy, generating more accurate evaluations.
Disallow special characters in account and routing numbers
Previously, some clients experienced an issue with ACH deposits due to special characters in the account or routing numbers entered during manual entry funding. This release introduces account number verification in both the MANTL Console and self-serve experience to prevent non-numeric characters from being entered and causing downstream impacts.
Review & Sign disclosures
The US flag icon has been removed from Patriot Act disclosures at the bottom of the Review & Sign page as some browsers were not able to display it correctly.
Plaid loading improvements
Previously, in the MANTL self-serve experience, if a user selected a Bank Login funding method prior to the connection to Plaid fully loading, the user reached a dead-end with no actions to take. Now, if the funding page loads and the connection to Plaid has not loaded fully, a circular loading icon is displayed over the Bank login option.
