    Digital Branch Manager Notifications Digital Branch Manager (DBM) Notifications enables Console users to view and manage SendGrid email settings directly within MANTL. Console users can access an organized overview of transactional and campaign emails, update email statuses, manage BCC recipients, adjust campaign offsets, and create new templates. Deep linking into SendGrid makes it easy to edit and manage template copy. Learn more about DBM Notifications here.

    Upcoming Bulk Share Opening

    Update: Bulk Share Opening for Credit Unions will be released to Production March 10, 2026

    Bulk Share Opening was released to credit unions clients’ UAT environments on January 21st, and will now be released to Production on March 10, 2026.

    Bulk Share Opening enables team members to open multiple shares in the Console with a single application. Increase member wallet share and free up more time for team members to focus on relationship building. Bulk Share Opening supports Business and Consumer accounts for credit union branches.     Required action: To accommodate multiple product names in email notifications, Sendgrid template copy needs to be updated. Copy suggestions and step-by-step guidance can be found here.

    Credit Unions may self-release Bulk Account Opening prior to March 10th by toggling it on in the DBM. Navigate to Digital Branch Manager > Client Setup > Settings > Application Details > “Bulk Applications Enabled”

    This feature will be enabled for all Credit Unions in production on March 10th. After this date, MANTL will begin removing the single share flow to reduce variables and create a more efficient experience going forward.

    To support more use cases for our standard Director DMS integration, we added a ninth column, document_type_name_in_mantl, to the index files we generate for our standard Director DMS integration.

    Action: Financial institutions may need to update their Ingestion process.

    This was released to UAT on 2/12 and Production on 2/26.

    Original Messaging:
    To support more use cases for our standard Director DMS integration, we are adding an additional column to the index files we generate for Director. The column will contain a document's user facing name in the MANTL system and will now be the rightmost column. For FIs that don't need this new value, no action is necessary.
