| Linked agreements in the DBM |
MANTL now enables managing externally hosted agreements directly from the Digital Branch Manager. Agreements can be uploaded directly into MANTL or hosted externally with links out to them. While external linking has long been supported within MANTL, it was not previously available through Digital Branch Manager. MANTL now enables customers to link to externally hosted agreements, including PDFs or HTML pages. This will be available in UAT 1/5/26 and Production 1/20/26 |

The Digital Branch Manager (DBM) Change Log is an activity log designed to ensure the integrity and auditability of your MANTL system. This feature provides complete transparency into all published configuration changes, including updates to products, rates, and core settings. By detailing who made a change, what was modified, and when it occurred—the DBM Change Log empowers your team to verify updates quickly, troubleshoot unexpected behavior, and maintain a precise record for compliance. Access to the DBM Change Log requires a new permission, Ability to view the Changelog in the DBM. Learn more here. This was released to UAT on December 22nd and will be released to Production on January 6th.

MANTL updated the Attestations page in the Digital Branch Manager to improve navigation and functionality. The Attestations table now includes columns for the number of products and whether the attestation is a checkbox on the self-serve Review and Sign page. MANTL Console users can now assign attestations to products. This was released to UAT on December 22nd and will be released to Production on January 6th. |
| Digital Branch Manager Products UI Update |
MANTL updated the Products page in the Digital Branch Manager to improve navigation and configuration changes. The legacy side-navigation list will be replaced with a consolidated table showing all products in a single view, along with key details like status, type, and visibility. This update provides a cleaner, more efficient way to review and manage product offerings. This was released on December 15th and will be released to Production on January 6th. |
