ADM-58	Console users can now enable/disable Skip Funding on products through the Digital Branch Manager. To enable Skip Funding, select "Optional" from the "Deposit Requirements" setting. Learn more here. Notes: The user must have access to the Ability to view and update the digital branch manager product permission to enable optional funding. *Credit Union Update: If Skip Funding is enabled on the primary share product, MANTL will require funding for the primary share during account opening and will not allow applicants to bypass this step.
MANTL Cookie Script	MANTL has released a new cookie script for improved analytics and tracking. The MANTL Cookie Script enables tracking of entry points into the Self-Serve experience from other web properties under the same domain name. This allows you to understand which of your marketing efforts and web pages are successfully driving traffic to account opening. To access the script and learn more, click here. MANTL will be deprecating the legacy Pixel on December 31st, 2025. To ensure a seamless transition of tracking, please update your webpages with the new script prior to the end of the year.
Technical Support Satisfaction Surveys	At MANTL, we’re committed to continually improving our technical support and better serving our clients. Starting later this month, customers will automatically receive a short, optional satisfaction survey by email 24 hours after each support ticket is resolved. The survey includes a simple 1–5 rating scale with an option to add comments. If you receive support through MANTL’s ticketing system, we encourage you to share your feedback to help us enhance your experience.
