Upcoming Office Closure
June 19th: Due to Juneteenth holiday, MANTL will be closed on June 19th and will not deploy to UAT and Production environments on June 18th and 19th. Support for any Severity 1 and 2 incidents will remain unaffected. Responses to general inquiries and service requests will be delayed until June 20th, when our office reopens.

| Bulk Account Opening Update |
Action Required Prior to July 15: Sendgrid Updates for both Online and In Branch Bank Clients To accommodate upcoming feature enhancements Sendgrid emails that reference product names need to be updated to accommodate multiple product names in email notifications. MANTL has populated your Sendgrid account with updated templates that will be used for all applications after July 15th. Please review, test, and edit these templates. Click here to learn more about updating your Sendgrid templates. Note: if customizations were made to your original templates and are not updated prior to 7/15, these customizations will not be carried forward. This does not impact emails that do not reference product-specific dynamic tags. This does not apply to Credit Union clients at this time. |
| Bulk Account Opening Update |
Update: Bulk Account Opening for Banks Bulk Account Opening will be released to all bank clients’ Production environments on July 15th. After this date, clients will no longer be able to toggle Bulk on/off in the Digital Branch Manager. Learn more about Bulk Account Opening here. This is currently available to Bank clients only, and will be available to Credit Union clients in the coming months. |
| Enhanced Joint Owner Approval Process |
Enhanced Joint Owner Approval Process To support upcoming feature enhancements and improve compliance, MANTL will be implementing a change to how account owners sign off on new joint owners in the Console. Today, existing account holders do not need to provide written consent to new account holders being added to the account. After this change, existing account holders will be required to sign when a new owner is added to an account in the Console. An email requesting a signature will be sent to the existing account holder and need to be completed prior to the new account holder being added to the account. This change only pertains to the Console experience, the self-serve experience will not change. Learn more about this change and watch a demo here. Multiple Joint Owners Better serve the needs of your customers, particularly families, by supporting multiple owners on an account. Multiple Joint Owners supports the ability to add additional owners to consumer accounts post-booking through self-serve and the MANTL Console based on the configuration of your institution. Learn how to configure Multiple Joint Owners here. Note: Core testing by your institution should be done prior to enabling in Production and Sendgrid updates are recommended. This is currently available in UAT and will be released in Production on June 26th. |

A new MANTL Document Filename column will be added to all simplified reports. This column will provide the name of the file as it is stored in MANTL. Ex. 897b9a2b…1361B9D61E46.jpeg. Additionally, a bug affecting the column 'Document URL - Console' for reports downloaded from the MANTL Console UI will be fixed so that the column 'Document URL - Console' will subsequently read 'Document URL' and the column currently showing 'Console Reports Document URL Console' will show 'Document URL'. This was released to UAT on June 9 and will be released in Production on June 24 |
