Direct SQL Scheduled Downtime
On Thursday, April 24th between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM EST, MANTL will be deploying infrastructure improvements to support the Direct SQL product. This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to improve reliability and performance. During this time, Direct SQL databases may be temporarily unavailable for queries. Service will return to normal immediately after the maintenance is complete.

Metrics
- Rates: Auto-Approval, Auto-Rejection and Manual Review Rates (Overall, Approval, Rejection, Action Required)
- Counts: KYC Evaluations and Applications counts for Submitted, Auto-Approval, Auto-Rejection and Manual Review (Overall, Approval, Rejection, Action Required)
- Tags: % of Applications by Tag split out by Approvals, Rejections and Manual Reviews
Filters
- Product Type
- Product Name
- Customer Type
- Is Existing Customer Flag
- KYC Tag
- Marketing Channel
- Application KYC Outcome
- Initial KYC Outcome
The dashboard also enables cross filtering where users can select a data point in one dashboard tile to have all dashboard tiles automatically filter on that value.
These changes will go to UAT on April 24th and PROD on May 8th.

Update to add a column containing the notes recorded on a manual funding transaction. The new column will be added to the Simplified Funding Report, Simplified Business Applications Report, and Simplified Consumer Applications Report.
- Simplified Funding Report
- Manual Funding Note. Data type: String. Position: Between the current Driver License (State) and Applicaiton ID columns.
- Simplified Business Applications Report
- Manual Funding Notes. Data type: String. Position: Between the current Funding Amount and Documents Uploaded columns
- Simplified Consumer Applications Report
- Manual Funding Notes. Data type: String. Position: Between the current Funding Amount and Documents Uploaded columns

The Role Changes Report has been modified to include changes to users' roles. Following the change, the additions and removals of users from a role will be captured in the report with the "Event Name" UserRolesUpdated. To provide data for these events, the following four columns will be added to the end of the report:
- Modified User ID
- Modified User Name
- Roles Added
- Roles Removed
This will be released to UAT 5/8 and Production on 5/22
