Support for Console-User resolution of eligibility issues. If an applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements configured by a financial institution (outside of KYC checks), the application status will be updated to Manual Review Required. A checklist item will be generated to review and resolve the eligibility issue(s) (prior to this release, the application status was updated to Booked Pending and could only be resolved by contacting MANTL Support). A Console-User can then review and override the failure if desired. Learn more about resolving eligibility required actions here.
