| Sunsetting IP Allowlists |
MANTL historically leveraged IP Allowlists so only employees on specific IP addresses can log into the Console (namely physical branch team members or employees in a physical call center). With more and more employees in all roles working remotely, as well as advances in security, IP Allowlists simply no longer provide the benefits they once did. To preserve the employee experience, while also ensuring our customers have industry-best security, we have made the decision to sunset this practice on September 21st. We are confident that MANTL’s additional security measures will continue to ensure the highest level of trust and protection. What does this mean for you? There is no action required and there will be no changes to the way you access the MANTL Console. What are the additional security measures MANTL has in place?
Reports are available from Console Settings to review user access and log-in activity. The User Permission report provides a snapshot into Console users and their access, permissions, and roles. The User Log in Report shows bank employee activity in the MANTL Console within a given timeframe. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to your Account Manager. |
