Support for Customers without Email: MANTL now supports account opening in the Console for customers without email addresses. Supporting account opening for customers without email is important for specific demographics and communities. Fraud evaluations may return incomplete results without an email present, please verify your workflows and submit a Zendesk ticket if updates are required. |

Funding Conversion Enhancement:In order to improve funding conversion rates for Plaid users, any institutions linked by that specific customer through previous Plaid sessions (even outside of MANTL) will be boosted to the top of the list for that specific customer. If the customer's email and phone number match what is already on file with the selected FI, Plaid will enable a streamlined verification process designed by the selected FI which relies on multi-factor authentication. If only the customer's phone number matches what is already on file with the selected FI, the customer will not need to enter their username but will still need to enter their password. |
