New Features and Functionality
Improved Agreements ordering functionality
For Digital Branch Manager (DBM) users in the MANTL Console, you can now drag-and-drop an agreement in the list to adjust the order of agreements as they appear on the Review & Sign page.
Note: Agreements can only be re-ordered within the Agreements section of the Review & Sign page.
New bulk Console user creation functionality
MANTL Console admin users can now bulk upload user information using a CSV file when adding new members to the system.
To bulk upload user information, MANTL Console users must have the Ability to upload new console users permission enabled.
Improved Action Required handling
If an application is in Action Required status, it is now open for edits in the self-serve experience. When handed off to the applicant, customers are now redirected to the Review & Sign page, where they can confirm or make edits to their information before resubmitting their application for Alloy review.
Improved CD Account view
The Account page for CDs in the MANTL Console has been improved so that the APY, Maturity Date (if applicable), and Initial Deposit Amount are now displayed.
Improved self-serve experience redirects
If a product has been marked as Inactive in the DBM, the Apply Now link and landing page link now redirect self-serve experience users back to the Product Selection page.
Platform Improvements
- For DBM users working with products in the MANTL Console, the Deposit Methods now list all methods grouped by type. For example, if your financial institution has multiple IAVs, all available IAVs that have been configured for your system are displayed together under the Connect an Account section.
- The navigation on the Entity, Application, and Account pages has been updated and improved for consistency and scalability.
- The header and subheader of the Action Required page of the self-serve experience can now be customized. Please contact your CSM for more information.
- The count of records shown in the Console Queue has been improved for clarity.
