New Features and Functionality
Introducing the MANTL Console Queue - Now Live!
MANTL Console users can now manage their applications and services more easily than ever using the new Console Queue feature, now live in production environments. In place of the Applications and Services tabs, MANTL Console users can now see all of their actionable applications and services straight from the Console Queue.
Additionally, the Console Queue filters have been improved to help streamline the searching and filtering process. The Customer Type, Checklist Items, and Service Name filters have all been updated so that they only show options relevant to the products configured for your system.
For example, business application-related Checklist tasks (Control Prong Required, Sole Proprietor Required) will only be displayed in the filter if business products have been enabled for your system. Likewise, only service types that have been configured for your products will be displayed in the Service Name filter.
The overall search functionality has been improved so that MANTL Console users can now dynamically search on multiple parameters without needing to specify if the search is for an Account ID, Customer Name, or Application ID first. MANTL now also automatically refines results when you enter two or more characters in the search bar.

New Product Services configurations in Digital Branch Manager (DBM)
Digital Branch Manager (DBM) users in the MANTL Console can now view and manage existing product services, and add new service offerings, more easily and with more control directly from the Services menu in the DBM. When adding new services, you can select from a wide range of service types to better support your customers using MANTL, from debit card requests to overdraft protection to wire transfer requests.
You can also more easily see what services are currently automatically requested or automatically fulfilled from the Manage Services list (e-statements, for example). From the Manage Services list, you can also more quickly identify any service offerings applied to multiple products, or if there are services configured in your system that are not currently associated with any of your products.
Note:You can remove a service’s association with a product to ensure it is not available as an option in the self-serve experience, but you cannot delete services at this time.

New suggested secondary owners on consumer accounts
When adding a secondary owner to a consumer account, MANTL will display users over the age of 18 who are associated with your other consumer accounts as potential options. Those users can be invited using the Invite button. If a displayed person is missing an email address, customers will see an error message directing them to contact their financial institution to update their information before proceeding. Customers can also continue to invite secondary owners as before, by adding an email address to the Invite field. If the email address is recognized in the system, the secondary owner can complete their application as an existing customer.
