Improved Attestation ordering functionality - Feature has been sunset
For Digital Branch Manager (DBM) users in the MANTL Console, you can now drag-and-drop an attestation in the list to adjust the order of attestations as they appear on the Review & Sign page.
Note:Attestations can only be re-ordered within the attestations section of the Review & Sign page.
New cryptocurrency question for KYC checks
A new “Will this account be used to transact with any cryptocurrency exchanges?” question has been added to the Account Activity questionnaire. To enable this, please contact your CSM or implementation specialist.
Platform Improvements
- In the MANTL Console, the headings for Checklist sections have been improved for consistency and legibility.
- The error messaging has been improved for business account applications when a user attempts to add multiple Tax IDs to a single email address that is already in the system. The error message now reads, “The email entered is associated with an existing person, please use a unique email for this Tax ID.”
