New Features and Functionality
Checklist Required Actions for missing information on existing customers
For existing customer importing to the core, any missing required MANTL fields are now displayed as incomplete Checklist items. This makes it easier for MANTL Console users to identify any missing information for imported accounts.
Enhanced product and geography-based eligibility for credit unions
Credit unions can now have their products configured so that customers who apply for that product are automatically eligible and can bypass the Eligibility screen of the self-serve application. MANTL Console users can still view and edit the eligibility if necessary. For example, an applicant who works for a specific employer can be automatically eligible for a savings account designed for that employer, whereas an applicant who is not associated with that employer will not be.
Additionally, credit unions can now automatically determine an applicant’s membership eligibility based on the applicant’s provided town, state, or zip code. For example, an applicant living in a qualifying area is automatically eligible for membership with that specific credit union.
To configure product or geography-based eligibility requirements, please contact your CSM or implementation specialist.
Improved Booking Summary error information
For new applications in a Booking Pending status, the Booking Summary page now includes additional context for booking errors provided by your core. This gives financial institutions more information about why their accounts are failing to book and at what step in the workflow the failure occurs.
To view additional error information, MANTL Console users must have theView Personally Identifiable Information (PII) across all Console modules permission.
Improved eligibility criteria on Review & Sign
Credit union users in the self-serve experience can now view and edit their eligibility criteria on the Review & Sign page.
Improved qualifying and disqualifying product logic for joint owners
Qualifying and disqualifying products now only take into account the primary account holder when determining whether or not a joint owner can open a similar product. This allows the joint owner to open their own accounts where they are the primary account holder, rather than being automatically disqualified because they are listed as an owner on another, similar account.
For example, if James and Juan are joint owners on a promotional savings account with James as the primary account holder, Juan can now apply to open their own promotional savings account separate from James without being automatically disqualified.
Removed Hidden Status category from Console Queue (UAT Only)
Note: This feature is in active development and will continue to evolve as we test it and receive customer feedback from the UAT environment. This feature is not currently available in production environments. Stay tuned for future announcements as we test and develop the MANTL Console Queue.
For MANTL Console users in a UAT environment, the Hidden Status category has been removed from the status filters. Applications and services in Rejected, Booked, or Canceled status are now displayed and no longer hidden by default.
Platform Improvements
- By default, all available services are now deactivated when creating a new product in the Digital Branch Manager (DBM). This prevents services from being automatically added to a new product if they do not apply.
- The Services side sheet in the MANTL Console now displays options in alphabetical order.
- In the self-serve experience, the Product Service header is no longer displayed if no services have been configured for the product.
- The Clear button for the Console search bar has been improved for usability.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the maturity date was not being displayed correctly on the Review & Sign page.
- Fixed an issue where the Funding dashboard was not displaying data correctly when using a date range of three (3) or more months.
- Fixed an issue in the MANTL Console where the Back to Applications List link on an application was not routing correctly.
- Fixed an issue where Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Checklist items were being marked as resolved despite having missing fields.
- Fixed an issue in both the self-serve experience and MANTL Console where some funding attempts failed due to a decimal multiplication error.
