Improved Console Queue Filters and Searches (UAT Only)
Note: This feature is in active development and will continue to evolve as we test it and receive customer feedback from the UAT environment. This feature is not currently available in production environments. Stay tuned for future announcements as we test and develop the MANTL Console Queue.
For MANTL Console users in a UAT environment, there are several new filter options and improvements to help you find records in the Console Queue more quickly. From the Application Type filter, you can now select a Create Account option to identify the applications that open new accounts. You can also select Unassigned for the Assignees filter to find applications that are not currently assigned to a user.
For clarity, the Missing Data filter has been renamed to the Checklist Tasks to highlight that the filter identifies any outstanding required actions. In the Application Status filter, the Manual Review option has also been renamed to Manual Review Required to match the status as seen on applications.
You can also now clear the current parameters more easily using the new X button in the search bar for all list views in the MANTL Console.
Enhanced Branding support in DBM
On the Branding page of the Digital Branch Manager, MANTL Console users can now add, edit, and update several new fields that will be displayed in the self-serve experience:
- Name of financial institution
- Home page URL
- Privacy policy URL
- Customer service URL
- Customer service phone
- Customer service hours
Platform Improvements
- Canceled applications have been removed from all Analytics dashboards.
- Reports are now downloaded as an Excel file by default to help prevent CSV formatting issues.
- The Tax ID number field on the Create Application page in the MANTL Console is now marked as required.
- The padding around the filters on the Product Selection page of the self-serve experience is now more dynamic, removing or adding white space based on what is available in the filters.
- The hyperlink and additional logo have been removed from the Product Selection loading screen in the self-serve experience.
- UAT Only: The Assignee filter on the MANTL Console Queue is now a fixed width.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Person information card in the self-serve experience was collapsed for existing customers applying for a new business account, even if there were required fields that were incomplete.
- Fixed an issue where the Clear Filters and Clear Search buttons were not working correctly in the MANTL Console.
- Fixed an issue where the Politically Exposed Person (PEP) tooltip was not in line with the text on the UI.
- Fixed an issue where the drop-down menu focus color in the self-serve experience was not reflecting the color configured in the DBM Branding page.
- Fixed an issue where updating an existing person in the Manage Organization Entities page resulted in an error.
- UAT Only:Fixed an issue where saving a new CD product did not initially appear to process correctly, resulting in multiple product records in MANTL.
- UAT Only:Fixed an issue where some free text searching fields were not working correctly in the MANTL Console Queue.
