New Features and Functionality
Introducing the MANTL Console Queue (UAT ONLY)
Note: This feature is in active development and will continue to evolve as we test it and receive customer feedback from the UAT environment. This feature is not currently available in production environments. Stay tuned for future announcements as we test and develop the MANTL Console Queue.
MANTL Console users in a UAT environment can manage their applications and services more easily than ever using the new Console Queue feature. In place of the Applications and Services tabs, Console users can now see all of their actionable applications and services straight from the Console Queue. This one-stop-shop streamlines your financial institution’s ability to address your customers’ needs and helps your bankers get customers up and running more efficiently.
By default, any application or service in Booked, Rejected, Canceled, Failed, or Complete status is hidden, showing only the applications and services that require manual action or review. To help you navigate through your tasks in the Console Queue, you can use the updated filters on the People, Account, and Organizations tabs to narrow your applications and services based on your desired criteria, including:
- Applications: Product Type, Product Name, Status, KYC Outcome, and Missing Data.
- Services: Type and Status.
You can also search for individual applications and services using the Customer Name, Application ID, Service ID, or Account ID. Once you have found a specific application or service, you can search for a specific MANTL Console user to assign the task to or selectCurrent Userto set yourself as the Assignee and complete the task.
Business label changed to Organizations
In the MANTL Console, the Business label for pages and tabs has been updated to Organizations. This is to support a broader type of entity within the system that encompasses more than just business records for future changes. For example, non-profits or trusts.
Added support for managing products in DBM
Digital Branch Manager (DBM) users in the MANTL Console can now manage products from start to finish more easily and thoroughly for all consumer and business checking, savings, and CD accounts. You can now add a product’s marketing selling points and disclosures, associate the product with services and funding, and set up cross-sells, counter-offers, qualifying and disqualifying products, and major and minor product codes all from the DBM.
Note: Products can be marked as Inactive to remove them from being available in the self-serve experience, but you cannot delete products at this time.
Using the DBM, you can now associate configured services with specific products. For example, if eStatements is available as a product service, you’ll be able to add this service as an option for a specific product.
You can also associate a configured funding method with a specific product. For example, if you use Debit Card as a funding method for your accounts, you can apply it to a specific product and set the minimum and maximum funding amount allowed for that product.
New Group CD product
DBM users in the MANTL Console can now add a Group CD product that groups together several CDs on a single product card. This is especially useful for creating a CD with different term lengths. You can then add and edit each term within the Group CD for interest rates, term availability, available services, deposit methods, and product settings.
Note: You can only create one Group CD per consumer/business, meaning you can have only one Consumer Group CD product and one Business Group CD product.
Improved onboarding and service request UI and experience
Several updates have been made to the self-serve experience to help customers onboard and request services for their accounts more efficiently. Rather than being redirected to new tabs or pages, the forms for requesting services (such as debit cards, checks, and adding beneficiary information) and adding joint owners or authorized signers now open in a pane within the same window.
Self-serve services for accounts are now displayed under two different headings for ease of viewing: Get more out of your account for services that can be added, and Included with your account for services that are automatically available (such as e-statements).
Additionally, account information in the self-serve experience is now expanded automatically at the top of the Account page, allowing applicants to more easily view and review their accounts and services. This includes CD accounts, where the maturity date of a CD is always displayed by default once the account has been opened.
Added support for direct navigation to profiles
MANTL Console users can now navigate directly to Business and Person profiles using the new View Profile button from both the Business and Account views. The header for Business and Person profiles now includes the Customer Status and Last Synced to the core information for quick reference.
Improved Activity Feed info for linking accounts
The Activity Feed in the MANTL Console has been improved to include user information for when someone manually resolves booking errors and link accounts to the core for applications in Booking Pending status.
Platform Improvements
- The account_id field on the Product Services report has been updated to account_number.
- All field labels in the Business applications pages have been reviewed and updated for consistency.
- Tags in the application Person and Business headers now have the same style as the tags on the KYC sheets.
- User role labels for applications now utilize the role labels from the Ownership type for consistency in the MANTL Console.
- Minor UI enhancements have been made to the application header to make icons clearer and easier to view.
