New Features and Functionality
New Product Services report
MANTL Console users can now run the Product Services report to see the product services requested through the self-serve experience or MANTL Console. This includes information on the type of service and the status of the service.
New funding permission
Administrators can now assign a new Ability to initiate funding transactions on booked accounts permission. This permission allows MANTL Console users to initiate additional funding transactions on accounts that have been successfully booked to the core. Users who do not have this permission cannot see or use the Deposit Funds action on the Account view, but they can still view the transaction history in a read-only mode.
Improved MANTL Console user assignments
MANTL Console users now have the ability to assign an application or service to a teammate regardless of the status of the application or the MANTL product purchased.
Platform Improvements
- The Average Qualifile Score calculation for analytics in the MANTL Console has been improved so that outliers that are not in the 100-899 range are excluded to better reflect the actual Qualifile score of an applicant.
- A Booking Pending column has been added to the Executive Summary dashboard. MANTL Console users can also drill down into this data for more information on the applications that have not yet successfully booked to the core.
- When viewing the Activity Feed in the MANTL Console, users who do not have the Ability to view Personally Identifiable Information (PII) across all console modules permission can only see masked PII for a customer.
- The Cross-Sells box on mobile devices has been adjusted to better fit the screen.
- For applications in Action Required status, MANTL Console users can now submit or resubmit applications for review without needing the Ability to bypass required actions when submitting applications for review permission.
- Driver’s license information provided by customers in the self-serve experience is now automatically cleaned up by the system prior to sending the information to Telecheck to help prevent validation errors.
- IP addresses are now stored at the person level, rather than the application level, to help assist in fraud checks.
- Several minor UI/UX improvements have been made to the Funding and Review & Sign pages in the self-serve experience.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue that caused a date/time mismatch between the information on the Activity Feed and the Person profile in the MANTL Console. A time zone can now be set for all financial institutions.
- Fixed an issue where PO Boxes for primary and mailing addresses were not being validated correctly. If the financial institution does not allow the use of PO Boxes, this will now apply to both address lines.
- Fixed an issue where Alloy syncs failed due to emails having trailing space at the end.
Previous Hotfix Improvements
- Hotfix Bug (8/17/2022): Fixed an issue where using a filter with Unassigned, Consumer Deposit Create Account, and Manual Review Required fields resulted in an internal service error.
