New Features and Functionality
New “In-Person Funding” method in MANTL Console
For MANTL Console users handling in-branch transactions, you can now manually fund an initial deposit for an account application. This is especially useful when an in-branch customer wants to fund a new account using cash or a check, or if they are an existing customer transferring money from an account that already exists within the financial institution.
Important: This funding method does not trigger any movement of money, through the ACH system or otherwise, so financial institutions must carefully track the usage of this funding method and ensure that the deposits collected match the deposits noted within the MANTL Console.
To fund an account with this method, MANTL Console users must have the Ability to create manual funding transactions permission.
New Compliance and Branding tabs for Digital Branch Manager
For MANTL Console users, you can now use the new Compliance and Branding tabs in the Digital Branch Manager to add and edit Agreements, Attestations, and site branding. Not only does this make improving the look and feel of your MANTL self-serve site easier, but it also allows you to configure your Agreements and Attestations to better suit your institution’s needs more easily.
Application reassignment now detailed in the Activity feed
When an application is reassigned to another team member, this information is now displayed in the application’s Activity feed of the MANTL Console. This includes who the application was assigned to and when using detailed time and date information.
Improved Business Patriot Act language
For all business applications, the Business Patriot Act notice language has been updated to reflect current regulatory standards.
